Pre Orders
All pre-order items will be dispatched as soon as stock arrives, any non-preorder items that are ordered with pre-orders will be sent with the pre-order items in one parcel.

Cancellations
Once your order has been placed we are unable to cancel the order. If you ordered incorrectly we are happy to offer you a store credit or refund if your item has not been picked up by the courier.

Online process
Your items will be shipped once we have received your payment in full.

Pricing and payment
All prices on Delilah are given in New Zealand Dollars exclusive of delivery costs.
Delilah has no control over any customs or import charges that may be charged when items reach their destination country.

Product Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfil your order however if we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you as soon as possible.

Product Accuracy
Every effort has been made to ensure that details, measurements, descriptions and images of products on our website are as accurate as possible. All sizes are based on standard New Zealand sizing.
